Two guys having a drink and some heated conversation in the lounge at Rae and Jerry's, Winnipeg's fab Ratpack era Vegas style steakhouse. Thankfully I have actually been there! [Thanks Jim!]

Anyway...

Simple set as we are running in rep with whatever rentals have been booked. single wall, Godfather style fat wooden blinds, red walls with working practicals. Some red chairs and a table. and that just might be it...

Freedom 85, now in colour!

The set with a first pass at colour. Raw muslin upper walls beadboard lower wainscoting. dark wood every where else. Floor will have a wash of earth tones, splashing up on to the levels.

Also added the trees into the up stage void. lit for some scenes, fairy lights in them for the wedding.

Freedom 85

A simple set, central raised platform, picture frames on central wall contain a blank grey [foam core?] interior so we can front project whatever we like into them, wall behind is stretched muslin for lighting different colours from the back.

Doorway is probably going to be left open.

Bead board wainscoting, nice moldings and a painted earth tone floor.

The side pieces will contain shelves and hooks on the upstage side for props and costume pieces.
